Covid-19 Measures at our Bathroom Showrooms
Aston Matthews showrooms are open and we look forward to being of assistance to you. You may book an appointment to discuss your bathroom project with a member of our experienced sales team.
Our priority is to ensure that your showroom visit is enjoyable and safe for you and for our staff. Our showrooms have been risk-assessed and we have acted accordingly.
We are observing Government Public Health guidelines and the following measures remain in place:
- A limit on the number of people in our showrooms at any one time
- Sanitising stations
- Frequent disinfecting of surfaces and handled products throughout the day
- Contactless payment where possible
You are welcome to visit our showrooms during business hours. We do encourage you to book a showroom appointment so that when you arrive at the appointed time your visit will be prioritised.

If you are able to view our website during the call we can direct you to products that may suit your requirement.
We continue to deliver
Our logistics and delivery team is fully operational and observing Government guidelines*. We continue to dispatch orders within the usual time frame.
*Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving deliveries are not put at any additional risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). We continue to monitor developments. We take the health and safety of our drivers and customers very seriously. We have provided guidance to our drivers to help prevent the spread of any infection.
