If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we will do our utmost to put that right, or we will provide a prompt, no quibble refund if you prefer.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us, you may return it to us, at your expense, within 30 days from the date of despatch, in original packaging and condition, and accompanied by a copy of your Order Confirmation. Provided that these conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price including the cost of postage. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
