How To Order...
- Customers may order from our Online Range on this website using the Shopping Basket. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express or Maestro (formerly Switch). Please see Frequently Asked Questions for further information.
- You may visit our Islington N1 Showroom to view our entire range and place your order.
- Alternatively, please telephone 020 7226 7220 or email your enquiry from the 'contact us' page.
Save For Later If you are not ready to order all or some of your items, you may 'save for later'. Simply click on 'save for later' on the product page. Items you have saved for later may be viewed at any time when you log in to your account. You can move saved items to your shopping basket, or you can move items from your shopping basket and save for later.
Customer log in/register To save items for later or view your saved items you must be logged in to your account. Please log in if you have previously registered, or enter your details if you are a new customer.
Export If you are outside of the United Kingdom, we can arrange export shipments of bathroom fittings worldwide. Our comprehensive service includes packing, insurance, shipping and door to door delivery. If you are unable to visit our
London premises to view and select bathroom products, but have specific requirements, please contact us to discuss your needs.
Online Range Our website offers a selection of our most popular contemporary and traditional bathroom fittings. All of these items may also be viewed at our Islington N1 Showroom.

Accessories and Taps When ordering accessories and taps from our
Online
Range for delivery in the United Kingdom, you may complete your order and pay online. The delivery charge is automatically calculated.
Baths, Basins, WCs, Showers As you will appreciate, ordering larger items may raise a number of technical questions that we will be happy to answer. To provide the best possible service on larger items, our website has been designed to offer the convenience of online ordering with the personal attention of a member of our experienced sales team. Therefore, we ask you to place your order online and indicate a time when we may telephone you to address any technical aspects, advise the delivery charge (which is dependent on the delivery point), take your payment details and complete the transaction.
Ordering Accessories/Taps with Baths, Basins, WCs, Showers If you wish to order a mix of items from the above categories, e.g. Taps and a
Bath, we will telephone you to process the order (as described above).
Customers outside of the United Kingdom may order items from our Online Range using the Shopping Basket. During the online checkout procedure you will be asked to confirm your email address so that we may respond with a Quotation including shipping costs, as our comprehensive service includes packing, insurance, shipping and door to door delivery. Overseas customers in the European Community are invited to supply their EC VAT Registration number if applicable.

Are all your products available to purchase online? Our most popular ranges are available to purchase online. You can equip an entire bathroom in contemporary or traditional style with infinite design possibilities. If you have a special requirement, for example a ‘bespoke frameless shower enclosure’, please call us on 020 7226 7220 or send an email enquiry from the 'contact us' page.
How do I order online? From the appropriate range page, select the item you are interested in by clicking on ‘more details’. When you are satisfied that it is the item you require, simply click ‘add to basket’. This will add the item to your shopping basket. A summary of the items in your basket will appear on the right when you 'continue shopping'. To review the contents of your basket, click on 'view basket'. To place your order, click on 'proceed to checkout ' from your shopping basket. Where an item featured on our website is not available to order online, for example a ‘minimal shower door’, please call us on 020 7226 7220 for information on ordering the item. When you proceed to checkout, you will be asked to register either as a returning customer or a new customer. If you are a returning customer, you will be asked to enter your email address and password (your unique customer ID).
How do I know you've received my order? As soon as you place your order a confirmatory email will be sent to the address you have provided. We will check and process your order by the next working day. Despatch of taps and accessories is prompt. If in unforeseen circumstances we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you immediately. Where you have ordered larger items, we will need to discuss your order with you on the telephone.
Do you deliver to my area? We deliver to anywhere within the United Kingdom. A carriage charge will be calculated and added to your order.
How do I know my order has been despatched? We will send you an email when we despatch your order with details of the consignment.
Can I see your products before ordering? Do you have any stockists? All of our products may be viewed at our Islington showroom.
If I want to speak to someone, what are your opening hours? Our office and showroom are open from 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday-Friday and from 9.30am until 5.00pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Do you install? Aston Matthews does not install but we will be happy to assist you with your bathroom design, technical information and product compatibility. For advice on installers in your area, may we respectfully refer you to the Institute of Plumbing, telephone 01708 472791
Do you offer Bespoke products? We are able to offer Bespoke products as design solutions for many items where standard products do not fulfil the criteria.
What is your returns policy? If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us, you may return it to us, at your expense, within 30 days from the date of despatch, in original packaging and condition, and accompanied by a copy of your order confirmation. Provided that these conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price including the cost of postage. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
